Legal Seperation-Confused

I have three children and a wife who is addicted to pain killers and cannot take care of them on her own.I want her to leave but she will not go.How do I go about removing her from my residence and away from my children.Will filing for Legal Seperation force her to go?Please I just want her to go.She has no income of any kind.Please Help me.Thank you.

Filing for a legal separation will not remove her from the house. You will have to file an OSC and request an order removing her from the family home. Since she has no income you will have to provide here with some support. You have you considered getting her into a rehab program. Some medical insurance plans will pay for this treatement. This could be your best option.
