Legal Question in Family Law in California

i live in ca and am on misdemeanor probation. a probation officer and a police officer accompanied cps to my home. cps was allowed to participate in a search of my home by the probation officer and the police officer. all agency's disregarded my complaint that i did not consent to the search.Is that legal?

I recommend that you talk to your criminal attorney about this. I can understand a probation officer and a police officer being involved, but the involvement of a CPS staff person is a bit unusual. It would not be unusual or unexpected if the offense for which you were convicted involves the mistreatment or neglect of a child in your custody.
