Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in San Bernardino county Ca. My divorce was finalized in Clark County Nevada. Our case has been transferred to the state of California. In the Clark county orders the holiday visitation was very specific by including the dates for Spring break( from 6pm the day school is released to Easter Sunday at 6 pm.) In the school district my children currently attend spring break was March 19-23. My question is can my ex-husband legally keep the kids until Easter Sunday or do we have to follow the holiday calendar for the school district my children are currently enrolled in?

It obviously does not make sense to let him keep the children for more than 2 weeks. It can be changed by stipulation but if you ex does want to enforce the order as is then the only option is to file a motion in your local court to change it.

The intent of the order seems to be obvious. If your ex does not follow along with the obvious, then you will be forced to file with the court to modify to the current situation. Good luck!
