Is marriage valid?

Six years into my marriage nad two children later, my husband (?) told me he never divorced his first wife. Is my marriage valid? Do I have to file for a divorce?

Can this marriage be annulled?

If you were an "innocent victem" you can ask for an annulment. A person can't be married to two people at the same time.
