Legal Question in Family Law in California

I've been married for 48 years . I have just discovered that my first marriage was not final before we were married. Is it hard to make it a legal marriage?

You would have to get married again, but you need to make sure your first marriage is terminated, either through dissolution, annulment, or death (please don't do the death thing on your own as a self help measure.)
