Mistress is married, but pregnant with my child

I am currently in a relationship in which the woman I have been seeing is married, getting a divorce. She is, however, pregnant with my child and considering abortion due to reasons of our own. What legally can I do to protect myself, how would child support work out should she decide to have the child, especially if she is still married?

Your protection should have started prior to the relationship beginning. Or prior to the pregnancy. AT this juncture, if child born, you are responsible for child.
