Legal Question in Family Law in California

I had money in my wife's bank account and Child Support Services took it, although they are not my children and she is my wife. Is there any way I can get the money back from them? I can prove that the funds were mine.

When you get notice of a levy, you have to file objections to the levy.

Money in a joint account is joint property, meaning it was hers as much as yours. If you want to avoid this in the future, you must keep your separate money in a separate account.
