Legal Question in Family Law in California

if the mother of the child stoled my personal information and used it to get child support did she break any laws in doing this and can i get her for doing that to me ?

The LCSA has tolded me it ok for her to do it and that there is nothing i could do againts her in court?

LCSA is correct. It is not illegal for a person to obtain your personal information for legal purposes, as long as they do not commit some other crime in doing so, such as burglary. This is especially true when you were already breaking the law by not supporting your child. The obligation to support your children is in the Family Code. It doesn't just happen after the mother gets an order against you. You're supposed to do it without an order. The order only issues when you are already breaking the law by not supporting the child.
