mother is moving out of state

my sons girlfriend who is 8 months pregnant with his child, broke up with him. and now is threating to move out of state with the baby so he will never get to see her. my son wants that baby so bad. can he make her stay in california and not move.

he can't stop her from moving, but he can file a petition to establish paternity. once paternity is established he can have visitation rights. he will also pay child support. he should probably contact an attorney.
