Legal Question in Family Law in California

The mother of my unborn child is accusing me of pushing her when i never tuched her. She doesnt want me to be in my sons life since im back with the mother of my first child. I dont want to pay child support becuse she is being selfsh and not letting me help her out. What can i do to protect my self from her and try to get custody of my son?

You will pay support, unless she makes more than you and/or you get custody of the child (extremely unlikely until he is older). You don't get to avoid the obligation to support your child just because his mother behaves badly. Once the child is born, either you and the mother can sign a declaration of paternity, or you have to file a lawsuit to establish paternity if she won't cooperate. Then one of you must move for an order for custody and to establish support. That's how it is done. How to present your case is not something we can help you with.
