i had a nevous breakdown two years and gave power of attorney to my husband i no longer want to be with him and have let this be know to him he said that she will sell my propertys out from under me since he has power of attorney over me im back to good health and doing fine can he do this with out my ok

He can't sell your property unless you gave him power of attorney specifically to do that. A power of attorney to sell real property must be in writing. If the power of attorney was not "durable" it would be revoked by your incapacitation.

Have you simply considered revoking the power of attorney?
