parental rights

the father of my unborn baby want to release his parental right. what do i do? We are both in agreeance to this and i am willing to release him of his rights where fo i go form here

That's probably not possible. The two of you (parents) cannot give up the child's interest in knowing/right to know (and be supported by) the Father. The court won't uphold any "agreement" between the two of you that purports to terminate his rights, and any such agreement would be void. "True" termination of parental rights only happens to both parents at the same time in dependency cases. Now, if you were to marry, and remain married for a while (2 years) and your husband petitioned the court to adopt your child, that would likely do the trick.
