Legal Question in Family Law in California

two parents get a divorce and they have court about child custody and they decide to move in together after they have been divorced for 10yrs. to help with the kids but threr is no relationship what so ever. then one parent moves out. so does the origanol court order for custody and visitation still stand as the leagal document?
