Legal Question
My parents are divorced, I am living with my mom not my dad. My dad wants me to move in with him, but I do not want to because he causes stress in my life and has mental issues and, my mom thinks so to. My mom is letting me get emmancipated and she thinks it will be a great idea. I will be able to get a part time job, move in with a friend, and help pay rent. Would this work?
