Is there a reason? Is there a current court order? Is the child's health safety or welfare at risk? These are things any attorney would need to know before better assessing your situation. If there is a court order then you would have to get a temporary order restricting visitation. This will not occur unless the child's health, safety, or welfare is in serious jeopardy being in the care of the ex. You should speak an attorney in your area.
