what is a verbal contract, and can you be taken to court for it.

a verbal contract is an agreement that is not in writing but still may be enforceable by the court if both parties agree to the terms and there is no defense to it that would render it unenforceable. so, in a nutshell, yes, you can be taken to court on a verbal agreement if it meets certain criteria. if you would like additional assistance, feel free to email me directly.
