Property Settlement

what rights do I or my spouse have to the property owned by him prior to our marriage, our marriage 8 years. The property consisted of 2 lots with rental houses. i part in collections and maintenance and up keep of the prop.

During our major i was the primary source of income. should i receive any of this property in settlement. I was also responsible for paying taxes on this property.
