Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I protect my 401K plan

I recentaly filled for an anulment due to a bigamus marriage. Was her signature using my last name valid? I gave her the mobile home plus furnishings and just took my clothes, guns and fishing equipment when I left. She never worked. I paid for everything. I have a 401k plan and ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) with the company that I worked for. We both signed . Is her signature valid. She says she didn't know about the bigamous marriage yet her and her daughter filled out the divorce papers three months into the marriage and had me sign them. What do I need to do to protect the 401K and the ESOP plan?

You need to see an attorney immediately. If the marriage is void then the property that you obtained during the time you were living together would be your separate property.
