Refinance of home

My husband refinanced our home which I was aware of, but without my knowledge took out $21,000.00. Which I never seen. I am not on the loan but I was added to the deed. Now we are separated pending a divorce. Am I entitled to any of that money. My soon to be x-husband is not aware I found the papers for the re-finance.

It depends upon when he took out the loan and what he did with the money. This is not a simple case and you should seek legal representation to protect yourself. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
