Relinquishing Parental Rights
My Husband has three children, not including the one we have together. He woulod like to relinquish his parental rights. The mother of the first child won't let him see her and has her calling her husband dad. The mother of the other two took them to another state and is now incarcerated. The children are living with their grandmother. He doesn't now any of the children. He is paying child support for all of them. Is it possible to relinquish his rights?
