Legal Question in Family Law in California

Requesting case information

Case: Domestic Battery

There is vital information about pending DUI (3rd within 10 years)the defendant in the DA's office which I would like to have heard. How can I get this entered into the court proceedings at time of hearing? DA's office states they can only give me the case number, but, as I am not a defendant in that case they cannot give me a copy of the filing or arrest information. The defendant lied in the mediation session, claiming no current DUI's. The Meadiator did not list any current findings in their report. - urgent request . Hearing on 04/14/09
