Retirement

I waived my right to my ex's military retirement. What can I do, if anything, to change that Our divorce has been final for a year. Thank you

The answer to your question would depend upon the circumstances and what was said in the waiver agreement. You need to get together all of the court documents and communication between you and your attorney and husband. Then have an attorney review your case.
