Legal Question in Family Law in California

Selfwritten Childcustody Agreement

I wrote a child custody agreement to give up all claims to child if the other parent agrees to take full financial responsibility. If we both sign the agreement in front of a notery person, is the agreement binding or can the other parent file for child support later?

Not binding. Waiver of c/s is against public policy.
