my husband and i are having and have ben having a real difficult time getting along I admit ato using illegal gruds for a short time but am clean now. He has just informed me that he is taking off to another state in january, pretty sure that he plan to take my son that w share together and would like to be informed on my rights. we are currently living in his grandmothers house and he has asked his mother to evict us so I will have to get out would also like to know my rights with that sistuation says when i leave the house he is going to change the locks. I would also like to know what are my rights concerning our vehicle we have a car that is not working, a truck that we share and he has a harley that i bought him everything is in his name and think that he just loves to se me screwd please help what are my rights and any advice on what i need to do thankyou

You should see an attorney. However, at minimum you should file for a dissolution of marriage or legal separation. Filing the action serving the papers will enter an automatic restraining order to stop either party from removing the child from the State. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
