Legal Question in Family Law in California

if unmarried from florida move to california with boyfriend and child what rights do i have if things dont work out there and want to move back with child back to florida?

The answer would depend on how long you stayed in CA and whether you intend to reside here as a resident or merely visiting. Generaly 6 months and an intent to stay will establish residency. If there are problems, whether you can leave would depend on if your boyfriend lets you leave. I would make sure you talk these issues through so you can go back home if you need to.
