Legal Question in Family Law in California

visitation

I served papers to my wife asking for 50/50 and then She went out of state with our 4yr daughter with my written 6 week authorization and with a verbal agreement I would get the rest of the summer of 6 weeks. She responded for 100% sole custody and no visitation to me. Can I file an OSC to have her come back and get temporary orders for 50/50 as well as the 6 weeks? What will the judge most likely grant?

Re: visitation

You can file the OSC, whether or not you will get the requested relief is another question. You should immediately consult with an attorney regarding your options.
