working to pay child support

My boyfriend has a great job with an income of 3,400 monthly i have two kids we have bills to pay he has 2 kids with 2 different woman and each one has papers with the da office and 2,100 are garnished he is incharge to pay the mortage 2,000 his car payment 700.00 plus a couple other things on top of his personal like gas etc. my income barely covers my share soon we will be losing our home maybe one car. one of the ex wifes lied on her income as consequence he has to pay more can't afford a lawyer who do we turn to for help to lower this amounts?

If your local court has a facilitator's office, go to them and ask them to do a calculation of child support, on both cases. If a reduction is proper, they will assist in filing a motion. You will probably need an attorney to subpena records, if one of the mother's is lying. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
