What kind of benifits do dads get with FMLA after the baby is born?

I'm not sure what you mean by "benefits" but if you are eligible for FMLA leave, you may take up to 12 weeks off, without pay, to bond with the baby. If you have accrued vacation time, you can use that up while on leave. Check with your HR representative to discuss your eligibility.
