Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

What is the cause of action for Attempted Murder?

If someone with some associates, wanted to kill me, and I wanted to sue them, what Cause of Action could I use, instead of Harassment/Annoyance , Injunction/Restraint Order?

Is there such cause of action, in civil lawsuit, as: Attempted Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder?

No. There is no such cause of action. If they actually took steps toward killing you that injured you in some way, or damaged your property, or caused other injury or harm that can be measured and compensated in money damages, that would give rise to a cause or causes of action, but which one(s) would depend on exactly what happened. If all you have is a credible threat of violence, then your only civil recourse is a Civil Harassment restraining order proceeding.
