Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I really need and answer to the question i ask I have my daughters trailer in my drive way we own the property was turned in to the health department for occupyed trailer not that we had electric runing to it but that she was living in it in my driveway but we where turned in to the health department and now just using it for storage and as and extra bedroom but they say we cant so she had to sleep in my front room now that is no problem but it seems really unfare that if i own my own property and it is not hurting any own itis behind a fence driveway on the side of my home and is not and eyesore itis very clean so what would be a health problem of sleeping in it people are sleeping in pub tents in tent city in sacromento for god sakes and there saying she cant stay on private property in her own trailer the facility in my home is the only ones being use nothing in the trailer.and another thing thereis trailers all over stockton pulg in and being lived in out in the streets we have seen them and thereis nothing being done about them .

The fact that others are doing wrong does not elimiate the wrongnesss of your acts. The authorities catch some people and don't catch others, but that is not dlscriminatory acts by the police. The health risk is from the lack of running water.
