Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Arrested, Abatement, false color of law .

A nuisance abatement from July 1995 destroyed my world, in October 1997. The county came out and started ripping the property to pieces, an eighty yr. old rose bush, oak tree, and a sixty yr. old grape vines & arbor, along with a plum tree. Two Gates & over 100' fencing ripped out letting two horse out, they didn't even know, that they had let them out and that they were gone. Ripped up the rear lawn with their tractor, they destroyed a 1/3 of my pasture area. Asking the officer why were they destroying all my things, he had me arrested. Around 1:00pm taken down town and jailed, turned lose 8:00pm, It looked like a boom hit the back yard. They took all the tools I use to maintain the yard, tractor lawnmowers etc. A county inspector told the Officer he had a court order, but he left it at his office. He did not have one. They were there Thurs - Mon. They left after two other officers refused to stay when he told them I said I was going to shoot him. He then lied in the papers to the court to in Jan 98 to get a forcible entry warrant. They were there one day and left. I filed a claim with the Board of Supervisors. The county Co sent a refusal to me and I filed a lawsuit against the County. Is there anything else I need to do?

One other thing.

This appears to be a fairly complex case.

I would try to obtain counsel, in whatever county you live in.
