Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Been battling a large Grocery store chain in regards to noise regulation rules, to no avail, as the noise issues are detirmental to our Health due to lack of sleep. Is there any time of legal action that I can file against this large chain to get them to stop & abide the city regualtions?

A lawyer would need more facts to evaluate your claim, but there are potentially any number of actions you can pursue. Many cities have noise control ordinances from 11pm to 5am...

Talk to some lawyers in your community and see of they are willing to take your case on a contingency fee to avoid fees upfront.

You may have a noise/nuisance lawsuit. As stopping the noise is your goal, a contingent fee would not be appropriate.
