What is the statue of limitation for Breach of Contract for the Los Angeles county?

There are several different statutes of limitations that apply depending upon the nature of the cause of action. For example, breach of an oral contract is two years from the date of breach, four years for a written contract, etc.

If the claim is against a governmental entity you may have to file an administrative claim in a MUCH shorter amount of time.

You should consult with a local attorney as soon as possible otherwise you may lose your rights.

6 months, 2 years, 4 years, maybe 5 years, maybe 10 years, and maybe never. It depends on who the parties to the contract were, whether the contract was writen or verbal and what the subject matter of the contract is.

2 years for oral contract and 4 years for written. If against govermental entity you need to exhaust your administrative remedies before you can bring a lawsuit.
