California Code of Civil Procedure

Plaintiff filed and served a copy of a complaint. The complaint refers to a contract and they list it as exhibit 1 but it was not in the complaint.

Questions are:

1) Should it have been in the complaint?

2) Is their failure to provide it grounds to argue for dismissal?

3) What part of the code of civil procedure address what needs to be served (true and complete complaint)?
