Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

If a credit company have hired a attorney which now has a judgment against me now have placed a hold on bank acct & took all my savings. i need to know should i contact the credit card company or the attorney for the company to see if i can negotiate? im trying to stop them from garnishing my work. please give me your advice. thks

Call the attorney as they are the ones running the show. They might direct you to someone in the collection agency but call their attorney first. It may take several calls be persistent.
