Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My daughter is just now 15 years old. Another girl who is almost one year older, will not leave my daughter alone. This girl has made sexual advances to my daughter and has practically convinced my daughter to be bisexual. I have made multiple attempts to disolve this so called friendship and nothing seems to work.

The other girls parent has stated to me in email form, that her daughter has done nothing to hurt my daughter, that she supports her daughter 100% and told me to never contact her again. This girl has gotten in my daughters head and is ruining her. What legal recourse do i have to stop this girl and my daughter from continuing contact and against the other parent for allowing this unhealthy situation to continue.

If the other girl is truly bothering her to the point of harassing her then you could get a restraining order against her. If it is something less than that or your daughter is a somewhat willing participant then you can only do what a parent normally does which is not to facilitate their friendship which unfortunately usually has the opposite effect.

There is nothing much you can do against the other parent, unless the situation gets out of hand as I mentioned above.

Hope this helps and good luck.
