Re: Delay Reductin Notice

You need a lawyer real fast. you have been sued and must file an answer to the complaint or some other type of pleading (your options will depend on the wording of the complaint. if you cannot afford an attorney you can buy a form answer from the court clerk.

If you are in So. Cal, i defend a lot of these and will be happy to look at your paperwork and give you a free consultation.

Re: Delay Reduction Notice

You need to file a written answer immediately. A proper written answer needs to be filed and served on the plaintiff. If you do not, a default will be filed against you, and you will not be able to defend yourself in court. If you need help preparing an answer, please feel free to contact my office toll free at 877-546-9918, or you may contact me by email with your name and phone number and I will contact you at your convenience. I have helped people throughout the state defend similar cases. The consultation is always free. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
