Deposition
Who goes first?? Plantiff or Defendant? or party requesting first? My adversary attorney says she goes first because of''in the order noticed'' which I can not find, I find CCP 2019.02 (b) which states ''sincethe court may establish the sequence and timing of discovery''

There is no order. Generally, who ever notices first does get to go first, but that is not the rule. The Court may follow that if an Order is set but can change if there is a reasoning.
