Enforcement of Judgment
Notice of Entry of Judgment was ordered on 1-8-09, for $1305.00. I have been unable to collect, as the defendent quits her job before her wages are garnished. How can I collect the money? Thank you for your help.

There are a lot of enforcement options available to you.
The simplest is to have the Defendant brought into court to answer questions about her assets. There is a small claims form to help you get this done.
