Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

False Arrest

I would like to know what legal procedure to implement concerning False arrest/imprisoment, when the company falsify their statement to the police officers, which resulted in my arrest and imprisoment for grand theft, commerical burgulary. The case was dimissed in the interest of justice !!

You may have a case for malicious prosecution as long as you did not waive any civil remedies in exchange for the dismissal and that there was no evidence in support of the allegations.
