I need to file a motion to quash a subpoena for credit card info. It must be filed 5 days before the production is due according to CCP 1985.6. Is that courts days or regular days? Per what authority?

Credit card info is not governed by Code of Civil Procedure section 1985.6. That section governs employment records.
