Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My home is 150 ft to the left of a golf course's tee. We are peppered with stray balls at a high velocity. When golf balls come into our dining room and kitchen, we cannot protect ourselves from the flying glass. Can we compel the golf course to put up a net to the left of their tee in the interest of safety before someone is injured? They know about this hazard but do not answer phone calls or letters.

Was the golf course tee there before you purchased. Any changes relevant since you moved in. When one moves to a "nuisance" it is much harder to seek an abatement.

Is this part of an HOA? Have you suggested a net? If you wish feel free to call my office 818 345-0123. Who has been paying for the damage?
