Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Do I need a lawyer? What happened: I paid 600.00$ Deposit on a venue for a private event to happen. The owner of the event tells me only hours earlier that it must be cancelled. Then he tries to force me to have another party on a different date. The event never happened and i never got my refund. Do I need an attorney and what do I sue for? Thank you for your time!
