I would like to know if it is legally possible to bring a class action lawsuit against Congress for obstruction of justice and at what judicial level?

What justice did Congress obstruct? Class actions are civil matters and have a relative narrow scope and cobstruction is a criminal charge.

The Constitution provides immunity to members in their duties. You can challenge acts of Congress unconstitutional but you must have standing...

It's possible to file such a lawsuit, but not to win it. Such a case would fail for more reasons than I could list here.
