I have some palm trees on my property and the roots have grown under my neighbors driveway. He wants his driveway redone and roots dug out. Am I responsible for this?

Yes you are liable for damage caused by roots from your tree on your neighbor's property. That being said, your neighbor is not entitled to a complete brand new fancy driveway. He is only entitled to repairs for the specific damage caused by your roots. Other areas of the driveway that are in bad repair from age or other causes are not your responsibility.
