How is a petition title, a motion title, determined?

Are titles found in a book?

The title isn't all that significant as long as the court will have a good idea what kind of relief you're seeking. There are form books in law libraries that contain different kinds of motions and petitions. If you want to e-mail me directly with more information about what you're trying to do, I'll try to translate it into a short title for your pleading. Thanks for asking on LawGuru.
