Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I recently had some work done on my car. It was not working so I took it to a shop. I paid for several diagnostics to figure out the problem with my car. They told me what the problem was so I got it done. I paid the large amount and took my car. Nine days later the car is not working and it is doing the same thing it was doing before I got it fixed. I bring it back to them thinking they were going to fix the problem with out me having to pay seeing that I only had the car for seval days. But they do another diagnostic and say now that it is something else and I have to come up with another huge amount of money to fix a problem that I thought I had already got fixed. I was hoping to see if I had a case.

A lawyer can't tell you if you have a case or not. Only an honest mechanic can. Take the car some place else that is AAA approved. If they say the other shop did something wrong, you've got a case. If they agree with the other shop, you don't.
