Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have a Restraining Order against my current boyfriend's ex-girlfriend..

I have a Restraining Order against my current boyfriend's ex-girlfriend because she hit me in the face with a drinking glass at a restaurant. The order states that she must stay 100 yards from me. My question is if I enter a restaurant or bar and she is there, is she required to leave or do I have to leave? Or if I enter a nail salon and she is there getting her nails done, who has to leave? (I am asking this because we both live in the same town and frequent alot of the same places). Please advise. Thank you.

Whoever is there first, unless you have an appointment and she doesn't.

It is my understanding that the restrained person has to leave. However, if she is in a salon getting a perm or manicure. It would be polite for you to leave, and allow her to finish in the salon, etc. You cannot violate the restraining order, but she can.
