Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Whats My Rights?
Approxametly in 1982 I married a women, it lasted 6 weeks. She got pregnat and told me the child was not mine and wanted a divorce.I moved all over the states after that. About 7 yrs. ago income was deducted, Income-tax checks taken, drivers licence revoked, Workmans comp check worth $17,000 taken and jail time was given to me for child support. A DNA test was given and I was proved not to be the Father. Can I sue to get my money back that was taken from me? Also false imprisionment and hardship due to this?
