Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

tree leaves

For the last several years, my neighbor (who cut down all the trees on his property) has blown every leaf that lands in his yard into my yard. He has a paid gardening service that he also instructs to do the same thing. In addition, he collects the seed pods that fall off of my trees into his back yard (along with his two dog's excrement)and piles it in my side yard. I have repeatedly asked, told, and demanded that he not do this, but the behavior continues. Is his behavior legal? Do I have any recourse to get him to stop? Please know that he is the only person in the neighborhood who does not have trees in his yard.

Re: tree leaves

You could sue your neighbor for trespass and nuisance and for an injunction to prevent the conduct.
